  • Mark Messbarger, a native of Kansas City, has been involved with real estate and property management for nearly a decade. Mark, a former police officer, has always been interested in construction and building things. He is a licensed agent in both Kansas and Missouri, holding a Broker’s License in the state of Kansas. Mark manages our maintenance department and specializes in acquiring investment properties and creating renovations plans to maximize Owner profits.

She is a realtor, licensed in the State of Kansas and Missouri, and is also a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). As a realtor and property manager, she realizes communication is the key to any successful relationship. She values partnerships with owners and tenants to ensure all parties involved in the management process have the experience they deserve!
